The foundation of this approach is a spiritual and body-centered understanding of human relationships and communications.

This invaluable training will help you transform conflict into connection by:
- Building relationships based on compassion and understanding
- Being fully present to another person, instead of mechanically using a technique
- Accurately sensing other people's feelings and needs
- Staying in your own skin and connecting to your true feelings and needs, instead of analyzing

The model and process of Nonviolent Communication, on which this training is based, has been developed over the past 40 years by Marshall Rosenberg, Ph.D. It is being practiced and shared with powerful and transformative results on 6 continents in over 40 countries around the world in a wide range of settings and organizations, including families, communities, schools, businesses, government, law firms, prisons, urban gangs, healthcare and social services, law enforcement.

In her classes, workshops and private sessions, Alexa has been teaching a body-centered approach to speaking our truth. She facilitates learning to re-connect to what is most alive in us in the present and to powerfully communicate honesty and empathy in a way that meets the needs of all concerned.
